Stop chasing invoices by hand.

Workflows that run without you. I connect the tools you already pay for so the repetitive steps happen on their own, with a log you can check and an alert when something breaks.

What gets built

Concrete examples from this kind of work. Most projects take one or two of these and do them properly.

01

Invoice reminders

Staged, polite reminders sent from your own mailbox, pulled straight from your accounting tool. The ones that need a human get flagged, not sent.

02

Lead routing

A new enquiry lands in the CRM with the right owner, the right tags and a first reply inside five minutes, day or night.

03

Weekly reports

The numbers your team pastes into a deck every Monday, built automatically and emailed before anyone logs in.

04

Syncing systems

Customer and order data copied between tools that refuse to talk to each other, without the typos.

05

Scraping and monitoring

Prices, listings or availability checked on a schedule, with a message when something changes.

What's included

From $500, typical delivery in 1–2 weeks. The price in the written scope is the price you pay.

  • A written scope with one fixed price
  • Built on Zapier, Make, n8n or plain code, whichever you can maintain
  • Error alerts to your email or chat
  • A one-page runbook so anyone can switch it off or change it
  • 30 days of fixes after launch

No pitch deck. You describe the busywork, I tell you what it would cost to make it disappear.

Before and after

An example of how a project like this plays out. Replaced with a real case study as soon as the first one ships.

Invoice reminders that chase themselves

41days to get paid, before
19days, after

A twelve-person services business tracked overdue invoices in a spreadsheet and chased them on Friday afternoons. A two-week automation now reads the accounting tool, sends staged reminders in the owner's tone and flags the few that need a call.

Questions about automation

Straight answers. Anything else, ask on the call.

Q.01Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. Most automations run on tools you already have plus one connector such as Zapier, Make or n8n. If something new is needed, it goes in the written scope with its monthly cost.

Q.02What if the automation breaks?

Every automation sends an alert when a step fails, and the first 30 days of fixes are free. After that you can fix it yourself with the runbook, or keep me on a small monthly plan.

Q.03How do you charge for changes later?

Small tweaks are included in the first month. Anything bigger gets a short written quote before I touch it, the same as the original project.

What would you stop doing by hand?

Book a call or send an email. I reply within one working day.
